Job Title: Housekeeper & Concierge

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper & Concierge to join our team. Our company is growing fast and there are many of career advancement opportunities within the business.The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation for our vacation rental properties, ensuring guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare vacation rental properties before and after guest stays, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces, and outdoor areas

• Inspect the property for damages and report any issues to management

• Restock essential supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap

• Communicate effectively with management regarding schedules, cleaning supplies, and any maintenance or repairs needed

• Follow all safety and health protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and staff

• Meet time-sensitive deadlines and maintain a consistent cleaning schedule

• Work independently and with a team to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard of quality

Requirements:

• Previous experience in vacation rental cleaning or housekeeping preferred

• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

• Reliable transportation to travel between properties

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members and management

• Physical ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment and perform cleaning tasks including bending, kneeling, and reaching
